National and Local Delivery Service or Click & Collect

 

1) Simply build your shopping cart with product(s) in the Cart - Click on Pick up in Shop or Local/National Delivery - For Click and Collect Choose a Day/TimeSlot - then checkout and Pay Online - (All Cards taken 100% Secure, inc Apple and Google Pay)

2) We will then email your order confirmation and start to build your basket of items ready for your collection - simply bring your order confirmation on Pick Up 

3) National UK Delivery - We aim to Ship your order within 24 hours from the day of ordering, and delivered to you with chill gel packs and air tight packaging to preserve the meat within 48 hours wherever possible (Working Days)

We deliver to every available postcode in the UK Tuesday to Friday (Some postcodes may be unavailable or a higher shipping rate from our couriers charged at checkout due to location, EG Some parts of Scotland etc)

For simplicity ALL orders upto £29.99 we charge £5.95 Standard Delivery and for Orders over £30.00 Shipping is £4.95 & ORDERS OVER £60.00 We Offer FREE DELIVERY.

We use DPD or DHL as our Logistics Partner.

DPD / DHL charge us the same rate no matter and we loose money on every parcel - we will be reviewing our Shipping pricing regularly.

(Please note the Delivery Service may be unavailable during busy periods such as around Christmas peak periods and that certain items are exempt from national delivery at Christmas such as Turkeys, Geese, Ducks etc due to the sheer volume we have to cope with in store)

Standard Delivery - We aim to ship your order within 2 working days of order confirmation (Not including Weekends) We don't ship on Friday due to couriers not delivering Saturday. We aim to have your Order with you within 24 hours of Despatch, and you will receive emails and SMS updates from our courier partners DPD once the order has shipped from us.
